Faulty dell pc, dual core, 160gb, 2gb ram -

FAULTY....Was in fantastic condition, with no problems but it asked me to change the battery on the motherboard so I did and now it turns on but nothing on screen and fans run fast . Has windows 7 pro installed. Came originally with vista business. spec below (FOR REPAIRS OR PARTS) Dell Optiplex 740 Athlon 64 X2(dual core) 2.5ghz 4800+ 2gb ram 160gb Sata hard drive. DVD burner dual layer Vista Business sticker on case. Windows 7 pro all updated, office etc Cash accepted only. Sold as faulty so no returns, Thanks
